Buyer
The individual placing the order on LensedBy.com.

2. Agreement

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of digital images and related services from LensedBy.com. Together with your order and the order confirmation you receive by email, they form the complete agreement between you and us.

You must accept these terms during checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Ordering and Order Confirmation

Your order becomes binding once it is successfully registered on our server. When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, which includes:

  • product details
  • total price paid
  • download information
  • seller’s contact details
  • information about the right of withdrawal (and the exception that applies to digital files)

Please review the order confirmation carefully and contact us if anything appears incorrect.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT). The total amount you will pay is shown clearly before you complete the purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is made at checkout through the available payment methods. The full purchase amount is charged when your order is confirmed. Digital products are available only after payment.

6. Delivery of Digital Image Files

Your purchased images are delivered digitally through download links sent to your email.

  • Download links remain available for 48 hours.
  • After this period, access expires.

You are responsible for downloading and storing your files within the delivery window.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Digital image files are delivered immediately. Because of this, the right of withdrawal does not apply once download links are made available.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  1. delivery begins immediately after payment, and
  2. the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins.

8. Complaints (Defective Files)

If your delivered files are defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time.

9. Privacy

We process personal data according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

  • The Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet)
  • Ordinary courts of Norway — Oslo District Court
